Terms & Conditions
Please read the following regulations regarding tournaments at Meadow Gardens Golf Club.
- The Tournament Organizer is responsible for reading and understanding the following terms and conditions and making their participants aware of these policies. A signed credit card imprint is required and will be held until the conclusion of the function.
- The Tournament Organizer is responsible for any damage to Meadow Gardens property caused by their participants during their event and is responsible for their guests’ conduct and actions. Meadow Gardens reserves the right to discontinue services to all guests in case of violation of club policy or provincial law.
- Ensure all General Rules, Dress Code and players observe codes of conduct. Shirts must have collars and sleeves, walking length shorts or slacks must be worn. Sweat pants, track pants and jeans/denim will not be permitted on the golf course or driving range. Meadow Gardens is a soft spike only facility.
- In compliance with health regulations no food, beverages or storage coolers will be permitted to be brought in or taken out of the premises. This policy is strictly enforced.
- Any participants found with alcohol, not purchased from Meadow Gardens will be asked to leave the premises without refund. Golf Bags may be inspected.
- 4.5 hours is the MAXIMUM acceptable pace of play (Strictly Enforced). Advice given from course marshals and staff regarding slow play must be adhered to. A surcharge may be issued for groups over the maximum allowable playing time.
- A confirmed number of guests is required 14 days prior to tournament and will be reflected on the invoice. For example: If 100 players are confirmed and only 80 attend, the invoice will be for 100 players. Additional players can be added as space/time permits.
- Menu selections and agenda is required one month prior to the event.
- If attendance at a golf tournament increases or decreases, Meadow Gardens reserves the right to move groups to a more suitable banquet room. In such cases you will be advised upon your final confirmation.
- All prices are subject to change and are guaranteed 60 days prior to the tournament date. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all tournaments.
- Tournaments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged for 100% of contracted golf and food revenue.
- In the event of inclement weather, tournaments will play as scheduled unless the course is determined unplayable by the course superintendent or General Manager. If the golf course is closed due to inclement weather, the deposit may be transferred to a mutually agreed alternate date.
- Any shotgun tournament with more than 132 players will be charged tournament green fees for additional players.
- Placement of signs, banners, etc. must be approved by Meadow Gardens. We will assume no responsibility for signs and banners left on the premises after the event.
- Meadow Gardens assumes no responsibility for any loss and/or damages to goods, property and/or equipment brought into the facility by host or guests.
- Power carts are to be used for the purpose of transporting a maximum of two persons at any one time.
- Payment is due and payable the next business day upon receipt of invoice issued by Meadow Gardens.
- All quoted food and beverage prices are subject to 15% gratuity.
- All prices quoted are subject to appropriate taxes.
